I grew up an athlete and fighter, and the lessons I learned through boxing, wrestling, and MMA shaped me into the coach I am today.
I’ve competed in 16 professional fights and built my brand, PrestoTKO Fitness, around discipline, confidence, and helping people become the best version of themselves.
My journey hasn’t been easy, but it taught me resilience and now I use that to motivate and guide every person I train.
My turning point came when I realized my biggest enemy was my own doubt and the mistakes I kept carrying; choosing discipline, fitness, and accountability changed my life and showed me what I was truly capable of.
My purpose as a coach is to help people build confidence, discipline, and strength physically and mentally because I know what it feels like to rebuild yourself from the ground up.
