Chris and Matt Cali have owned and operated CrossFit 696, Gardner’s only CrossFit affiliate, since 2014. They have worked hard to maintain the highest level of credentials from both CrossFit and the National Academy of Sports Medicine to deliver expert health and wellness services to members of all ages and abilities.
In 2023, CrossFit 696 partnered with Healthy Steps Nutrition (HSN), a globally recognized nutrition mentoring program backed by registered dietitians. Through HSN’s team of mentors, Matt and Chris have built and certified a robust team of ten in-house nutrition coaches to create the additional layer of service delivery that was necessary to address the growing need for holistic nutrition coaching in the Gardner area and beyond.
Together, the team at CrossFit 696 gets results through our host of nutrition, fitness, and accountability programs.
